What heated accessories are there?
Our heated accessories cover the spots that get cold fastest: gloves, socks, insoles, hand warmers, beanies, and a heated balaclava. Each one runs on a small rechargeable battery with adjustable heat. They are easy to pack and round out a cold-weather kit.
How warm do heated accessories get?
Most of our heated accessories run four heat levels, from about 90°F on low up to 135°F on high, so you can match the warmth to the cold. Hand warmers and socks target your extremities, while a balaclava or beanie warms your head and neck. You set each one to taste.
Should you choose the men's or women's version?
With heated accessories, fit matters most for gloves and socks, where a snug fit transfers heat best. The heating and settings are the same across both. Compare our men's heated accessories and women's heated accessories and pick your usual size. Gloves and socks are where fit matters most, so lean toward your normal size for the best heat transfer.
Do heated accessories use the same battery?
Heated accessories do not all use the same battery. Larger accessories use the 7.4-volt Powersheer battery, while heated socks and insoles use a smaller 3.7-volt pack. Check the batteries page to see which pack fits which piece. It is worth labeling your batteries by item, since the 7.4-volt and 3.7-volt packs are not interchangeable.
